Fantastic private spa experience!

Particularly good and excellent location away from train station, chic style building. And just next door to directly the center, and the trains. Welcoming and big units with a good breakfast, well-equipped bathroom, for instance.

How it stacks up, my honest take

The room was stylish and modern, boasting fantastic decor. The staff stood out, offering exemplary service that welcomed us like family. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection that catered to all tastes. I can't wait for my next visit!

Exceptionally nice location in a very nice neighborhood, all was modern. What's more, it was just off directly the center of Munich, Munich and the trains...

The innspire had an awesome vibe. The staff was super friendly. The bar area was a chill spot to unwind after a day exploring. There's also a cozy italian restaurant right next door, perfect for dinner.

could use a mini fridge, poorly soundproofed

This hotel was little and absolutely amazing and everything was brand-new. The location was favourable - adjacent to restaurant and S-Bahn and directly the center of Munich. It also was in a very nice neighborhood.

Well-equipped hotel, it offers friendly services and marvellous location so close to train station as well as center of Munich. The rooms are lovely modern with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors...

Wonderful hotel stay overall! The modern design caught my eye from the start. The Standard Double Room offered a spacious and stylish atmosphere. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent and varied. The staff was ready to help, offering great recommendations for local attractions. There were a few hiccups. I had informed the hotel about my feather allergy, yet feather pillows remained in the room despite my request for alternatives. This miscommunication was frustrating. I noticed the reception could be hard to reach at times, especially for late arrivals. I saw another guest struggle to check in after hours. Despite these issues, the location was convenient for accessing public transport was good. I would consider staying again, hoping for improvements in communication and room readiness.

I visited for the Adele concert and found everything to be great! The decor in our room was beautiful, and the bed was super comfy, which made it hard to leave for the show. The food on offer was fantastic too. I highly recommend the turkey salad and pizza we had for lunch. Plus, during a little hiccup with our taxi, the staff responded quickly to help us out. It's a bit of a trek to the city center, but the bus stop right outside made it manageable.

Despite notifying the hotel about my feather allergy, I found feather pillows in the room and they were not removed upon request. The reception was unresponsive for late check-ins, which left a guest stranded after hours. The location was inconvenient, requiring multiple buses to reach the city center, and taxis were surprisingly costly for the distance.

The hotel features a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning, leaving us uncomfortable during warm nights.

Mom's room clean and nice. Nice suite with separate spaces.

Rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Air fresheners struggled to mask it. The manager's response to the issue felt dismissive, and their offer of an alternative suite with an open shower was impractical for shared accommodations. Cancellation was handled after our request to hold it.

The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions to local attractions. If you're driving, parking is very convenient and easy to access.
